Participation fees
The early bird deadline is June 15, 2025 (11:59pm). From June 16, 2025, the prices for late registration apply. The registration for the conference ends on July 15, 2025 (11:59pm). (Students may be asked to provide a confirmation letter from their supervisor.)

Travel stipends
Student members of both chapters, the DACH-ISMRM and Nordic-ISMRM, have the opportunity to apply for a travel stipend. If you are eligible for support, we will reimburse the cost of travel to and from the event by public transportation (bus, train) in 2nd class up to a maximum amount of 150 euros.
