Participation fees
The early bird deadline is August 17, 2025 (11:59pm). From August 18, 2025, the prices for late registration apply. The registration for the conference ends on September 7, 2025 (11:59pm). (Students may be asked to provide a confirmation letter from their supervisor.)

Travel stipends
Student members of both chapters, the DACH-ISMRM and Nordic-ISMRM, can apply for a travel stipend. If granted, we may reimburse some of your travel cost for attending the conference (public transport, 2nd class, no frills).
Workshops
„OPEN MR days“ – learn more about open MR frameworks and software, designed for all kinds of MR devices. The workshops happen on Sunday, September 14 and Monday, September 15, 2025. Registration is closed!
